Обов’язкові вимоги: 1. Постачальник під час укладення договору про закупівлю повинен надати Замовнику: 1) відповідну інформацію про право підписання договору про закупівлю; 2) копію ліцензії або документа дозвільного характеру (у разі їх наявності) на … провадження певного виду господарської діяльності 2. Кількість товарів: 245 000 кВт.год. 3. Місце поставки товарів: бульвар Тараса Шевченка, буд. 50-52, Шевченківський р-н м. Києва, м. КИЇВ, 01032; вул. Ярославів Вал, 36-38 літ. А, Шевченківський р-н м. Києва, м. Київ, 01034. 4. Строк поставки товарів, виконання робіт, надання послуг: до 31.12.2023р. (орієнтовно з 01.03.2023р. до 31.12.2023 р. включно) 5. Замовник укладає договір про закупівлю з переможцем відбору не пізніше ніж через 10 календарних днів з дня отримання від переможця відбору повідомлення щодо наміру укласти договір про закупівлю. Договір про закупівлю між замовником та переможцем відбору укладається відповідно до вимог законодавства та відповідно до проекту договору, який завантажений замовником в електронній системі закупівель. Умови договору про закупівлю не повинні відрізнятися від умов, визначених у запиті ціни пропозицій.
