Вугілля кам’яне газове, Г (Г2) (0-200), ДСТУ 3472, 1000 кг Вугілля кам'яне Г (Г2) (0-200) зольністю 15-25%. Ціна Постачальника повинна включати всі податки і збори, транспортні витрати до місцезнаходження замовника. Ціни на товари, визначені у пропозиції, … є фіксованими і не можуть бути змінені протягом дії Договору. Ціна Учасника повинна включати навантаження, зважування, зберігання, підвезення, розвантаження та інше. Доставка Товару до місця постачання здійснюється Учасником повністю за його рахунок (з врахуванням маркування товару, вартості тари, вантажних робіт тощо). Всі зобов’язання по укладанню транспортних договорів з перевізниками (відправниками), по найму транспортних засобів тощо покладено виключно на Учасника. Поставка товару здійснюється на умовах DDP – склад Покупця (відповідно до вимог Міжнародних правил «Інкотермс-2010») за адресою: 47851, Україна, Тернопільська область, м.Скалат, вул. Л. Курбаса 30. с. Новосілка вул. Заводська 61 с. (поставка вантажними автомобілями в суху погоду у зв’язку із ґрунтовим покриттям дороги). Період поставки товару: з дня укладення договору по 31.04.2023 р. При поставці товару постачальник повинен надати копії документів, які підтверджують якість товару (сертифікат якості, протокол випробувань, тощо). Розрахунки за поставлену партію товару здійснюється Покупцем протягом 15 (П’ятнадцяти днів) календарних днів з дати поставки замовленої партії товару належної якості на підставі видаткової накладної, або в інший термін за наявності відповідного фінансування.
