Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), талон. Учасник повинен мати (у користуванні або у власності) розгалужену мережу АЗС по всій території України, зокрема по м. Кривий Ріг та Дніпропетровській області, м. Кропивницький та по Кіровоградській області. Замовлення на … постачання оформлюється у письмовій формі. Замовлення може здійснюватись електронною поштою. Паливо, що перейшло у власність Замовника, зберігається на АЗС Учасника до моменту передачі Палива Учасником по Талонах Замовнику. Умови оплати:Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін видаткової накладної Постачальника на Товар. Відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 02 березня 2022 року № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану» закупівля здійснюється без ПДВ.
