Кількість товару, який замовник планує отримати в результаті даної закупівлі становить - 690 КІЛОГРАМ. Поставка товару здійснюється на підставі договору, остаточна редакція якого складається замовником, транспортним засобом постачальника, окремими … партіями до двох разів на тиждень, у тому числі у святкові та вихідні дні, відповідно до поданих заявок замовника. Оплата здійснюється на підставі накладних, шляхом безготівкового перерахунку грошових коштів на рахунок постачальника, по факту поставки товару протягом 30 банківських днів з дати отримання товару. У разі затримки фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання замовником бюджетних коштів на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У разі винекнення необхідності, постачальник забезпечує замовнику можливість зберігання товару на безоплатній основі та повернення його в тій же кількості та якості, що було передано на відповідальне зберігання.
