Вимоги до постачальника: 1. Форма власності: крім фізичної особи – підприємця (дозволяється ФОП групи 3 і 4, який є платником ПДВ). 2. Платник ПДВ. 3. Розмістити на електронному майданчику до початку аукціону такі відомості та копії документів: 3.1. копія … виписки ЄДРПОУ; 3.2. копія витягу з реєстру платників ПДВ (для ФОП додатково свідоцтво платника єдиного податку); 3.3. реквізити підприємства, зокрема місцезнаходження, контактний телефон, ім’я контактної особи, адресу електронної скриньки; 3.4. комерційна пропозиція із зазначенням виробника, торгової марки, моделі та основних характеристик товару згідно з формою, доданою нижче. 4. Доставка товару за адресою: вул. Кирилівська, 113. 5. Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 10 банківських днів із моменту поставки. Канцелярські та господарські товари (докладно зазначені в окремому файлі). Характеристикою визначення товару як еквіваленту вважається якість. Якість визначатиметься відповідно до ринкової ціни товару: товар вважатиметься еквівалентом якщо його ринкова ціна не буде нижчою за ринкову ціну товару, зазначеного нами у Формі цінової пропозиції.
