Умови доставки 1. Електрична енергія постачається з 01.01.2023 по 31.12.2023 на об'єкти замовника: 1.1. м. Київ, ЕІС-код точки (точок) комерційного обліку 62Z6895613237388; 1.2. Київська область, ЕІС-код точки (точок) комерційного обліку … 62Z0752130740422. Умови оплати 1. Ціна та вартість електричної енергії не включає в себе вартість послуг розподілу розподільними підприємствами України та включає вартість послуг з її передачі. 2. Розрахунковим періодом за цим Договором є календарний місяць, але також Сторони узгодили можливість здійснювати розрахунки протягом поточного місяця у якому надається електрична енергія та можливість здійснення авансових платежів. 3. Оплата рахунку, акту приймання-передачі Постачальника за цим Договором має бути здійснена Споживачем у строк, визначений у рахунку, акту приймання-передачі, який не може бути меншим 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання його Споживачем або протягом строку зазначеного у комерційній пропозиції.
