Умови постачання електроенергії: 1.Замовник залишає за собою право не укладати договір з учасником у випадку, коли запропонована учасником маржа буде від’ємна або нульова, то в такому випадку Замовник буде розцінювати це як подачу викривлених даних з … метою демпінгування ціну на електроенергію. Істотні умови договору: Перерахунок вартості ціни електроенергії у випадку коливання ціни на ринку проводиться один раз на місяць. Інформація про коливання ціни, що відбулася у окремі дні місяця до уваги не береться. Нова ціна застосовується до вартості поставленої електричної енергії з початку місяця, в якому відбулась така зміна. Постачання електроенергії здійснюється за проектом договору який запропонувавЗамовник. Маржа, яку запропонував Учасник не змінюється протягом діїї договору. Перегляду зміни підлягає базова ціна на РДН один раз на місяць. та тариф на передачу електроенергії.
