Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу

Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу, наявний договір з розподілу електричної енергії з АТ "Вінницяобленерго", післяоплата, категорія площадки вимірювання - група "Б", клас напруги 2. Постачання з 01.01.2023 … -31.12.2023р., включно. Договір набирає чинності з 01 січня 2023 року та діє до 31 грудня 2023 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків — до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором. Відповідно до частини 1 статті 23 БКУ зобов’язання Споживача виникають та здійснюються за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення на 2023 рік. 3 метою уникнення цінового демпінгу (штучного заниження ціни тендерної пропозиції з метою перемоги в закупівлі), що ставить під сумнів можливість Учасника виконати договір за запропонованою ціною, а також підвищує ймовірність внесення змін у договір у майбутньому в частині підняття ціни, Замовник звіряє складову цінової пропозиції Учасника (середньозважена закупівельна ціна електричної енергії, без урахування тарифу на розподіл електричної енергії та тарифу на послуги передачі електричної енергії, з середньозваженою ціною розміщеною на веб-сайті Оператора ринку https://www.oree.com.ua/index.Dhp/indexes). Учасник процедури закупівлі не має права занижувати (демпінгувати), в іншому випадку ціна пропозиції буде визнана штучним демпінгуванням цін. Складова цінової пропозиції Учасника (середньозважена закупівельна ціна електричної енергії, без урахування тарифу на розподіл електричної енергії АТ «ВІННИЦЯОБЛЕНРГО» та тарифу на послуги передачі електричної енергії ПрАТ "НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО") за 1 кВт/год не може бути нижче середньозваженої ціни на дату розкриття пропозицій зазначеної на веб-сайті Оператора ринку. Закупівля здійснюється у відповідності до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування».
