Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу.Термін постачання електричної енергії до об’єктів споживача цілодобово та безперервно: з 01.01.2023 року по 31.12.2023 року включно. Найменування Оператора, з яким Замовник … уклав договір розподілу електричної енергії - ПАТ "Запоріжжяобленерго". Клас напруги – 2. Розрахунковий період – календарний місяць. Умови оплати – пiсляоплата, 100%, 7 (сім) банківських днів, на підставі виставленого акту приймання-передачі електричної енергії. Керуючись Законом України від № 2738-IX від 16.11.2022 “Про затвердження Указу Президента України “Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні”, договір про закупівлю укладається відповідно до Цивільного і Господарського кодексів України з урахуванням положень статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", крім частин третьої - п'ятої, сьомої та восьмої статті 41 цього Закону та Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178.
