Електрична енергія на 2023 рік

1. Товар має постачатися Споживачу постійно протягом 2023 року, місячні планові обсяги постачання електроенергії визначаються у Договорі. Загальний обсяг закупівлі електроенергії - 28000кВт. 2. У Договорі має буди пункт наступного змісту: "На дату … укладення Договору бюджетні зобов"язання виникають в межах кошторисних призначень Споживача, які складають __________________. Під час дії даного договору бюджетні зобов"язання можуть змінюватися відповідно до кошторисних призначень та регламентуватися шляхом укладення додаткових угод, але в будь-якому випадку бюджетні зобов"язання не можуть перевищувати суму договору." 3. Розрахунковий період за договором є календарний місяць. 4. Оплата Споживачем поставленої електричної енергії за відповідний розрахунковий період здійснюється післяплатою на підставі акту приймання-передачі електричної енергії та рахунку Постачальника не пізніше 10 робочих днів від дати отримання Споживачем цього рахунку і акту. *(зміст цього пункту може змінюватись, однак не в сторону погіршення умов оплати для Споживача)
