Закупівля здійснюється керуючись Постановою Кабінету Міністрів від 12 жовтня 2022р №1178 "Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", на … період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування. Поставка товару до 27.12.2022р. Товар при поставці повинен супроводжуватись документами, що підтверджують якість та безпеку, а саме: копіями декларацій, сертифікатів якості/відповідності, та/або посвідчень про якість (у передбачених законодавством випадках. На момент поставки товару залишковий термін його придатності повинен бути не меншим, ніж 80% загального терміну придатності або не менше, ніж 1 рік. Товар повинен відповідати показникам якості, які встановлюються законодавством України та діючим стандартам. Маркування: відповідно до норм законодавства. Поставка (передача), розвантажування товару здійснюється коштом учасника-переможця. Місце поставки (передачі) товару: вул. Лісова, 1, м. Нетішин, Хмельницька обл., з ПН по ПТ з 8:00 до 15:00. Умови оплати: 100% після оплата протягом 10 робочих днів після поставки товару згідно накладної. Шприц ін’єкційний одноразовий 3-х компонентний Луер сліп 2 мл з голкою 0,6 х 25 мм (23Gх1''); Шприц ін’єкційний одноразовий 3-х компонентний Луер сліп 10 мл з голкою 0,8 х 38 мм (21Gх1 1/2''); Шприц ін’єкційний одноразовий 3-х компонентний, Луер сліп 50,0 мл з голкою 1,2 x 38мм.
