09130000-9 Нафта і дистиляти (Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), талон)

Учасник повинен мати власні або орендовані або партнерські АЗС,які обслуговують талони та/або скретч-картки, на території не більше ніж п’ять км. від місцезнаходження Замовника (вул. Банкова,3 м. Бережани Тернопільська обл.), а також розширену мережу … власних або орендованих або партнерських АЗС на території України. Термін дії талонів або скретч-картки не менше 12 місяців з моменту їх поставки Замовнику. У разі зміни форми або закінчення терміну дії талонів або скретч-картки, здійснюється їх обмін, без додаткової плати, на нові діючі талони або скретч-картки рівнозначного номіналу з продовженням дії талонів. Оплата після доставки талонів до Замовника. Постачальник забезпечує можливість заправки автомобілів Замовника у цілодобовому режимі, у вихідні та святкові дні, в зимовий та літній час. Доставка талонів до Замовника здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника.
