Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія)

ДК 021:2015 09310000-5 Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія) Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі: 747 120 грн. з ПДВ. Місце постачання: м. Львів, вул. К. Левицького, 18 Обсяг постачання: 132 000 кВт. год. Строк поставки: з 01 січня 2023 року по 31 … грудня 2023 року (включно), цілодобово. Технічні характеристики (специфікація) предмета закупівлі: товар повинен відповідати показникам якості безпеки, які встановлюються законодавством України та діючими стандартами, Закону України "Про ринок електричної енергії", Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14 березня 2018 року № 312. Технічні, якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі повинні відповідати встановленим діючим нормативним актам законодавства України (державним стандартам, технічним умовам). Послуги з розподілу електричної енергії, оплачуються Замовником самостійно Оператору сиситеми розподілу. Умови оплати: Розрахунковим періодом є календарний місяць. Оплата вартості електричної енергії Споживачем здійснюється виключно шляхом перерахування коштів. Загальна вартість договору складається з місячних сум вартості договірних обсягів постачання електричної енергії Споживачу. Взяття бюджетних зобов'язань та проведення платежів здійснюється Споживачем відповідно до ст. 48 Бюджетного кодексу України виключно в межах бюджетних асигнувань встановлених кошторисом (тимчасовим кошторисом). У випадку доведення Споживачу на 2023 бюджетний рік тимчасового кошторису, бюджетні зобов'язання замовника виникають частково в межах тимчасового кошторису, решта бюджетних зобов'язань за цим договором виникає після доведення Споживачу постійного кошторису.
