Характеристики товару: Папір для друку, А4, 80 г/м², клас C, 500 арк., білий. Умови постачання: 1. Термін поставки Товару: до 16.12.2022 включно. 2. Поставка Товару здійснюється на умовах DDP, згідно INCOTERMS-2010: Київська обл., за адресою: м. Київ, … вул. Вознесенський узвіз, 10-Б. Поставка, завантаження та розвантаження здійснюється силами та за рахунок Постачальника. 3. Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. 4. Замовник, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами накладної на фактично поставлений Товар, перераховує на поточний рахунок Постачальника 100% ціни фактично поставленого Товару за умови надходження бюджетних коштів на рахунок Замовника за даним кодом видатків. 5. Замовник бере на себе фінансові зобов’язання щодо оплати Товару лише за умови наявності відповідних видатків державного бюджету. ВАЖЛИВО! Відповідно до пункту 66 Постанови Кабінет Міністрів України «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу» (далі - Постанова) Замовник укладає договір про закупівлю з переможцем відбору не пізніше ніж через 10 календарних днів з дня отримання від переможця відбору повідомлення щодо наміру укласти договір про закупівлю. Договір про закупівлю між замовником та переможцем відбору укладається відповідно до вимог законодавства. Умови договору про закупівлю не повинні відрізнятися від умов, визначених у замовленні/запиті ціни пропозицій в електронному каталозі. Таким чином, Постачальником має бути поставлений товар, який він пропонує під час підтвердження запиту ціни в електронному каталозі і який має відповідний профіль товару. Поставка іншого товару, який не представлений в електронному каталозі, неможлива.
