Електрична енергія, вільні ціни, ОЕС, без обмежень по терміну дії, без розподілу

1. Оплата фактично відпущеної (спожитої) електричної енергії за звітний розрахунковий період, обсяги якої підтверджені Актом прийому-передачі товару (електричної енергії), підписаним обома Сторонами, здійснюється Споживачем протягом 10 (десяти) робочих … днів після дати отримання від Постачальника оригіналу рахунку та оригіналу Акта прийому-передачі товару (електричної енергії) за звітний розрахунковий період. 2. Постачання здійснюється за адресами: вул. Золотоворітська, 6-Б, м. Київ; вул. Золотоворітська, 6-В, м. Київ; проспект Науки, 37, м. Київ 3. Електроустановки Замовника приєднані до електричних мереж на території здійснення діяльності оператором системи розподілу ПРАТ «ДТЕК Київські електромережі». 4. Вартість послуг з передачі електричної енергії врахована в очікувану вартість закупівлі в розмірі діючого тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, затвердженого Постановою НКРЕКП від 01.12.2021 № 2454 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ “НЕК “УКРЕНЕРГО” та враховується Учасником при формуванні своєї тендерної пропозиції. 5. Вартість послуг з розподілу електричної енергії не врахована в очікувану вартість закупівлі. 6. Учасник довідкою у довільній формі підтверджує наявність на території м. Києва власного структурного підрозділу - Центру обслуговування споживачів (клієнтів), згідно з вимогами «Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії», затверджених Постановою НКРЕКП від 14.03.2018 № 312, який щоденно (окрім вихідних та святкових днів, встановлених законодавством України) приймає звернення/скарги/претензії споживачів, надає роз’яснення та інформацію, передбачену законодавством, з єдиним вікном для прийому та видачі документів щодо постачання електричної енергії та в якому проводиться особистий прийом споживачів. Учасники для яких створення центрів обслуговування споживачів (клієнтів) не є обов’язковим, надають довідку про наявність власного окремого структурного підрозділу на території м. Києва або посадової особи, з робочим місцем на території м. Києва, на яких покладається забезпечення дотримання визначеного Правилами роздрібного ринку електричної енергії порядку розгляду звернень/скарг/претензій споживачів та проведення особистого прийому споживачів. 7. Строк, протягом якого тендерні пропозиції є дійсними - Тендерні пропозиції вважаються дійсними протягом 90 днів з дати розкриття тендерних пропозицій
