Строк поставки товарів, виконання робіт чи надання послуг: … 01 січня 2023 — 31 грудня 2023 р. Формула Ціна за 1 кВт⋅год = Базова ціна + Маржа постачальника Умови доставки: цілодобово. Термін без обмежень. Без розподілу. Відповідність ДСТУ EN 50160:2014, та іншим вимогам згідно держстандарту. Тип оплати: післяоплата. Подія: підписання Акту приймання-передачі електричної енергії. Тип та період днів: 20 банківських днів. Учасник не має податкового боргу. Механізм визначення вартості електричної енергії у наступному вмгляді: Фактична вартість електричної енергії буде розраховуватися по завершенню розрахункового місяця за формулою: Сума факт = V факт* (Ц РДН сер +Тпер.)1,2 + МП, де V факт – фактичний обсяг споживання електричної енергії в розрахунковому місяці по відповідному об’єкту Споживача, кВтгод; Ц РДН сер – середньозважена ціна РДН в розрахунковому місяці, за даними ДП “Оператор ринку” на сайті https://www.oree.com.ua, грн за 1 кВтгод без ПДВ; Тпер. - тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії затверджений регулятором для оператора системи передачі у встановленому порядку відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від від ____ №_– ______грн за 1 кВтгод без ПДВ або постанови НКРЕКП яка діє на момент розрахунку; МП* – маржа постачальника, визначена за пропозицією переможця за результатами запита ціни пропозиції та не підлягає зміні протягом дії Договору, грн за 1 кВтгод з ПДВ МП = ЦПЗО – БЦ, де ЦПЗО – ціна переможця за одиницю за результатами запита ціни пропозиції в електронному каталозі Прозорро Маркет, грн за 1 кВтгод з ПДВ БЦ – базова ціна, вказана в Профілі електронного каталогу Прозорро Маркет, в якому Споживач оголошував запит ціни пропозиції, грн за 1 кВтгод з ПДВ
