Description:

Розрахунок здійснюється в безготівковій формі на умовах 100 % (сто відсоткової) попередньої оплати, шляхом перерахування ЗАМОВНИКОМ коштів на небюджетний рахунок, відкритий ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ в органах Державної казначейської служби України відповідно до пункту 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 4 грудня 2019 р. № 1070 “Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти”, з подальшим використанням таких коштів на цілі визначені Додатковою угодою до Договору. Попередня оплата за цим Договором здійснюється протягом 90 (дев’яноста) календарних днів з моменту отримання оригіналу рахунку на оплату, при цьому сума рахунку на оплату повинна дорівнювати загальній ціні Товару за цим Договором, визначеній у п. 3.1 Договору.
