Бензин А-95 (Євро 5), талон

500 л бензину А-95 (Євро 5) здійснюватиметься Замовником за талонами номіналом 10, 20 літрів зі строком дії талонів на видачу бензину не менше 12 місяців з дня їх видачі. У разі закінчення строку дії талонів на видачу бензину, Учасник повинен мати … можливість провести їх обмін на інші. У разі, якщо Учасник здійснює перехід на талони нового зразка, він повинен здійснити рівноцінний обмін талонів старого зразка, що залишилися у Замовника та не були реалізовані, на талони нового зразка, в тому числі стосовно талонів, що залишились у Замовника після закінчення строку їх дії. Наявність мережі АЗС Учасника в межах міста Києва в радіусі 3 км від місцезнаходження Замовника. Доставка талонів до Замовника здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Тип оплати: післяплата. Талони Замовник має отримати на протязі 3 робочих днів після підписання Сторонами договору .
