Розрахунки за поставлені ЗПО здійснюється після надходження з Державного бюджету України на реєстраційний рахунок Покупця, коштів на цілі, визначені договором. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за марки здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
