Закупівля проводится відповідно до Постанови КМУ №169 від 28.02.2022 року зі змінами Шприц ін’єкційний 3-х компонентний інсуліновий "ALEXPHARM"; 1 мл U-100 з голкою - 200 штук Шприц 3-х компонентний "ALEXPHARM", 5 мл, Luer з голкою 22G (0,7 х 40 мм) - … 2000 штук Шприц 3-х комп. "ALEXPHARM", 20 мл, Luer з голкою 21G (0,8 х 40мм.) - 1000 штук Вимоги до предмета закупівлі: 1.Учасник повинен надати на шприци декларацію про відповідність Технічному регламенту щодо медичних виробів, який затверджені Постановам Кабінету Міністрів України № 753 від 2 жовтня 2013 р. або №754 від 2 жовтня 2013 року. 2.Строк придатності товару на момент поставки на склад замовника повинен становити не менше 80% від передбаченого. 3.Товар поставляється з декларацією відповідності, завіреною печаткою постачальника. 4.Товар повинен передаватися Замовнику в упаковці підприємства виробника, яка не повинна бути деформованою або пошкодженою. Маркування повинно відповідати технічному регламенту. 5.Умови оплати – післяплата. 10 банківських днів після поставки товару. 6.Товар постачається однією поставкою до 28 жовтня 2022року.
