Description:

Згідно Розділу 5 Проєкту оговора поставки. Розрахунки відповідно до підпункту 2 пункту 19 «Порядку виконання повноважень Державною казначейською службою в особливому режимі в умовах воєнного стану», затвердженого Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 9 червня 2021 року № 590 (зі змінами та доповненнями) та Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 року № 169 (зі змінами та доповненнями) в національній валюті України гривні у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника, що вказаний у цьому Договорі. Замовник здійснює оплату у межах отриманого бюджетного фінансування. Покупець після отримання товару від Постачальника перераховує на поточний рахунок Постачальника за Товар в розмірі 100% відсотків від вартості поставки протягом 30 календарних днів, або в порядку черги в органах казначейства згідно п.5.2 Договору.
