Description:

Покупець здійснює оплату за переданий товар (або його окрему партію) шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10 робочих днів з моменту підписання видаткової накладної. Покупець не несе відповідальності за несвоєчасне проведення платежів при відсутності або несвоєчасності бюджетного фінансування та за затримку перерахування коштів органами Державної казначейської служби.

Description:

Покупець має право здійснювати попередню оплату за Договором в розмірі, що не перевищує 30 % вартості Договору на строк не більше 1 місяця. Попередня оплата здійснюється за рішенням Покупця протягом 10 календарних днів з дня отримання рахунку-фактури від Постачальника. У разі здійснення Покупцем такої попередньої оплати, Постачальник зобов’язаний до спливу місячного терміну з дня отримання попередньої оплати передати Покупцю товар та надати видаткову накладну. Відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 02.12.2020р № 1198 на період карантину, встановленого Кабінетом Міністрів України з метою запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2, попередня оплата товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти, здійснюється розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів з урахуванням особливостей, визначених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 22.07.2020 р. № 641 зі змінами
