Description:

Розрахунки за Продукцію здійснюються на підставі видаткової накладної ВИКОНАВЦЯ, яка виписується у відповідності до замовлення ЗАМОВНИКА та специфікації. ЗАМОВНИК здійснює оплату за одержану Продукцію шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок ВИКОНАВЦЯ протягом десяти календарних днів з моменту отримання Продукції. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, зокрема з урахуванням підпункту 2 пункту 14 розділу VI "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Бюджетного кодексу України, підкріплення з ЄКР, розрахунок за поставлену Продукцію здійснюється протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання ЗАМОВНИКОМ бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок, підкріплення з ЄКР. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до ЗАМОВНИКА не застосовуються.
