Оплата здійснюється після підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної, шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Виконавця протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати надходження коштів з Державного бюджету України на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника на зазначені цілі та згідно п.1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України від 8.07.2010р. за № 2456-VI (з усіма наступними змінами).
