Учасник-переможець повинен надати забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю у вигляді банківської гарантії у розмірі 0,5% від суми договору. Більш докладна інформація стосовно способу підтвердження надання забезпечення договору в п.11 Оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі.

- Авансовий платіж в розмірі до 50% вартості Товару здійснюється Покупцем проти надання банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу, у разі невиконання або неналежного виконання зобов'язань за Договором, протягом 10 (Десяти) календарних днів з дати надання Постачальником банківської гарантії на підставі отриманого рахунку (рахунку-фактури) (інвойсу) Постачальника. - Advance payment in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the Goods is made by the Buyer against the provision of bank guarantee for the return of the advance payment, in case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligations under the Agreement, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of bank guarantee provision by the Supplier on the basis of the received invoice of the Supplier.
