Боярська 4, с. Віта-Поштова, Фастівського району Київської області. 2.Тип оплати: - Післяоплата. 3.Джерело фінансування – місцевий бюджет. Розрахунок здійснюється після надходження коштів з місцевого бюджету на рахунок Замовника. 4.Дизельне паливо – талон. 6.Загальний об’єм дизельного палива - 5550 л. 7. Строк поставки товару: - 21.11.2022 року, та /або в будь-якому випадку до повного виконанння зобов'язань сторін за Договором . 8.Закупівля здійснюється для забезпечення нагальних потреб підприємства під час воєнного стану відповідно до умов Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану» від 28.02.2022 № 169 зі змінами.Відповідно до Постанови КМУ 169 здійснюється відбір постачальника шляхом запиту ціни пропозицій постачальників, оскільки очікувана вартість товару перевищує 200 тис. гривень.
