Інформація … про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - зазначена у додатку 2 до документації спрощеної закупівлі (вимог до предмету закупівлі). Оцінка пропозицій проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель на основі критеріїв і методики оцінки, зазначених у документації шляхом застосування електронного аукціону.
