Description:

Джерело фінансування: субвенція з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на здійснення заходів щодо соціально-економічного розвитку окремих територій (800,00 тис.грн.; решта — кошти бюджету міської територіальної громади) Оплата робіт за Договором здійснюється Замовником, на підставі довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат за формою №КБ-3 та акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою №КБ-2в не пізніше 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня підписання цих документів уповноваженими представниками Сторін, при наявності коштів на рахунку Замовника.. Розрахунки здійснюються в національній валюті України у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування належних до сплати сум коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця. Виконавець погоджується на можливе відтермінування платежу на період дії воєнного стану в Україні, а також протягом шести місяців після його припинення або скасування, поетапно в залежності від реального фінансування. Кінцева оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється за умови бюджетного фінансування видатків Замовника на зазначені потреби. Останнім надаються платіжні доручення до Прилуцького управління Державної казначейської служби України Чернігівської області. Подальші розрахунково - касові операції здійснюються Прилуцьким УДКСУ Чернігівської області
