Description:

1. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються на умовах відстрочення платежу протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання акту наданих послуг, за умови находження бюджетних асигнувань на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника. У випадку затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних асигнувань на власний реєстраційний рахунок. 2. Ціни на Послуги встановлюються в Національній валюті України та залишаються незмінними до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань за цим Договором, крім випадків передбачених чинним законодавством України. 3. Загальний обсяг Послуг може бути зменшено в залежності від реального фінансування видатків та узгодженого Сторонами зменшення ціни Договору. 4. Всі розрахунки за Договором здійснюються у безготівковій формі.
