Закупівля здійснюється керуючись Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 року №64 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» та постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.02.2022 № 169 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, … робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану» зі змінами та доповненнями, затвердженими постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 24.06.2022 року №723. Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - зазначена у Додатку 3 до документації. Оцінка пропозицій проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель на основі критеріїв і методики оцінки, зазначених у документації шляхом застосування електронного аукціону. Дата і час проведення електронного аукціону визначаються електронною системою закупівель автоматично. Критеріями оцінки є ціна з ПДВ (100%). Розмір та умови надання забезпечення пропозицій учасників: надання забезпечення пропозицій не вимагається; розмір та умови надання забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю: надання забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю не вимагається.
