Відповідно до умов Договору, проект якого наведений в Додатку 3 документації, Замовник здійснює оплату у розмірі 100 % вартості навчання шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця протягом 5 робочих днів з дати закінчення навчання на підставі Акту про надання послуг. Найменування замовника: Акціонерне товариство "Укрпошта". Місцезнаходження Замовника: 01001, м. Київ, вул. Хрещатик, будинок 22. ЄДРПОУ замовника: 21560045. Категорія Замовника: юридична особа, яка здійснює діяльність в окремих сферах господарювання. Найменування закупівельника: АТ "Укрпошта" в особі ЧЕРНІГІВСЬКОЇ ДИРЕКЦІЇ , 14000, Україна, Чернігівська область, м. Чернігів, пр-т Миру,28. Код згідно з ЄДРПОУ закупівельника: 25572588. Категорія Замовника: юридична особа, яка здійснює діяльність в окремих сферах господарювання.
