ЗАМОВНИК здійснює розрахунок за надані Послуги на підставі рахунку-фактури, наданого ВИКОНАВЦЕМ, підписаного СТОРОНАМИ Акта приймання-передачі наданих Послуг, в термін відстрочки платежу на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) банківський день з дати реєстрації ВИКОНАВЦЕМ податкової накладної в ЄРПН відповідно до вимог статті 201 Податкового кодексу України (для платників ПДВ) або ЗАМОВНИК здійснює розрахунок за надані Послуги на підставі рахунку-фактури, наданого ВИКОНАВЦЕМ, в термін відстрочки платежу на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) банківський день з дати підписання СТОРОНАМИ Акта приймання-передачі наданих Послуг (для не платників ПДВ). (При укладанні договору з переможцем закупівлі залишається один із варіантів п.4.2).
