Закупівля проводиться для задоволення потреб в умовах воєнного стану та на підставі норм постанови КМУ від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану». Оцінка … пропозицій здійснюється на основі єдиного критерію – ціна пропозиції. Питома вага цінового критерію – 100 %. Методика оцінки: Оцінка пропозицій проводиться за цінами пропозицій з врахування податку на додану вартість (з ПДВ). Найбільш економічно вигідною пропозицією визнається така, ціна якої є найнижча за результатами проведення електронного аукціону. У разі якщо була подана одна пропозиція, електронна система закупівель після закінчення строку подання пропозицій автоматично стає найбільш економічно вигідною пропозицією.
