Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником товарів на підставі відповідної накладної. Розрахунок за поставлені товари здійснюється за фактом поставки товарів на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 днів. Бюджетні зобов'язання та платежі здійснюються лише за наявності відповідних бюджетних призначень (асигнувань). У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за поставлені товари здійснюються протягом 7 банківський днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
