Explanation

23.09.2022 було опубліковано повідомлення про намір укласти договір з ТОВ "ВІК СЕРВІС", переможцем закупівлі Респіратор протипиловий № UA-2022-09-08-009682-a. Відповідно до ч.15 ст. 14. Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: Замовник може укласти договір про закупівлю з учасником, який визнаний переможцем спрощеної закупівлі, на наступний день після оприлюднення повідомлення про намір укласти договір про закупівлю, але не пізніше ніж через 20 днів. Зважаючи на вищевказане, договір про закупівлю можна було укласти до 13.10.2022 включно. Станом на 17.10.2022 договір не укладено. Оскільки термін укладання договору минув, стало неможливо усунути порушення ч.15 ст. 14. Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». Відповідно до п 2 ч.17. ст.14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
