Explanation

У зв’язку із наявністю підстав для відміни спрощеної закупівлі, а саме неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, та вжиття у зв’язку з цим заходів, передбачених ч. 19 ст. 14 Закону, слід відмінити спрощену закупівлю. Таким чином Замовник відміняє Закупівлю відповідно до пункту 2 частини 17 статті 14 Закону з підстав неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
