ЗАМОВНИК здійснює розрахунок за надані Послуги на підставі наданого ВИКОНАВЦЕМ рахунку-фактури, підписаного СТОРОНАМИ Акта приймання-передачі наданих Послуг, в термін відстрочки платежу 45 (сорок п’ять) банківських днів з дати реєстрації ВИКОНАВЦЕМ податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних (для платників ПДВ) або ЗАМОВНИК здійснює розрахунок за надані Послуги на підставі наданого ВИКОНАВЦЕМ рахунку-фактури в термін відстрочки платежу 45 (сорок п’ять) банківських днів з дати підписання Акта приймання-передачі наданих Послуг (для не платників ПДВ).
