Шановні учасники! Не приймайте участь у закупівлі у разі, якщо не маєте реальної змоги здійснити поставку товару за своєю ціновою пропозицією. Перш ніж взяти на себе зобов'язання щодо поставки товару, прочитайте уважно пункти 7.3 та 7.4 Проекту Договору … (завантажено окремим файлом). Пункти 7.3. та 7.4 Замовник змушений дописати у проект договору, так як двічі у спрощеній процедурі на закупівлю телевізорів, учасники після підписання договору, відмовлялись від поставки товару. Розуміємо про те, що можуть виникнути форс-мажорні обставини, але наголошуємо, що підвищення курсу іноземної валюти та подорожчення телевізорів форс-мажорними обставинами або обставинами непереборної сили не вважаються! За розірвання договору по вищезазначеній причині, Продавець буде сплачувати штраф.
