Оплата Роботи у розмірі 100% проводиться Замовником протягом 60-ти робочих днів за фактом виконання Роботи з дня отримання Замовником виставленого Виконавцем рахунку на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акту здавання-приймання Робіт. Фактична вартість виконаної Роботи повинна обґрунтовуватись документами що надаються виконавцем до Актів за формою КБ-2в, довідок за формою КБ-3: - кошторисом твердої Договірної ціни вартості робіт, розробленим у відповідності з вимогами КНУ «Настанова визначеності вартості будівництва» затверджених Наказом Мінрегіону від 01.11.2021 №281 виконаний в програмному комплексі АВК або ІВК.
