Description:

Розрахунки здійснюється у безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця зазначений у Договорі, на підставі оформленого належним чином Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг (виконаних робіт), підписаного уповноваженими представниками обох сторін, після отримання Замовником бюджетних призначень на підставі ст.ст. 48, 49 Бюджетного кодексу України. Розрахунки проводяться протягом 7 банківських днів з дня отримання бюджетних призначень на предмет даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за надані послуги (виконані роботи) здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування предмету даного Договору на свій реєстраційний рахунок. У Замовника виникають зобов’язання за Договором лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. Допускається відстрочення платежів до 45 банківських днів з дня підписання акту наданих послуг (виконаних робіт).
