Обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі. З метою оперативного забезпечення відеозйомки суспільно значущих актуальних коментарів, подієвих сюжетів, офіційних звернень та заяв щодо роботи Комунального некомерційного підприємства … «Центральна міська клінічна лікарня» Сумської міської ради, Замовник здійснює закупівлю послуг з показу відеопродукції щодо діяльності Комунального некомерційного підприємства «Центральна міська клінічна лікарня» Сумської міської ради. Для дотримання принципів Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (зі змінами), замовником було прийнято рішення провести закупівлю саме даної послуги. Джерело фінансування: кошти НСЗУ. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі: 149 449,00 грн з ПДВ.
