У зв’язку з тим, що в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, додатку 2 до оголошення та проекті договору помилково зазначено місце доставки товару «33016, Україна, Рівненська область, м.Рівне, вул. Будівельників, 1 (асфальтобетонний завод РШЕУ) або в межах м.Рівне (за адресою вказаною в заявці)», а для оперативної ліквідації аварійних ділянок вулиць міста Рівне Замовник самостійно доставлятиме на об’єкти товар згідно предмету закупівлі Асфальтобетон (код ДК 021:2015: 44110000-4 - Конструкційні матеріали), і неможливістю на даному етапі проведення спрощеної закупівлі усунення зазначених невідповідностей між потребами Замовника та вимогами до предмета закупівлі, вказаними в оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі за предметом закупівлі Асфальтобетон (код ДК 021:2015: 44110000-4 - Конструкційні матеріали), ідентифікатор закупівлі UA-2022-08-08-008110-a, а саме: неможливістю внесення змін до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі.
