Description:

Розрахунки за товар здійснюються Покупцем поетапно шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунок за поставлений товар Покупець здійснює протягом 14 (чотирнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Акта приймання-передачі Товару, за умови реєстрації Постачальником податкових накладних в єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних з дотриманням вимог Податкового кодексу, та на підставі виставленого Постачальником рахунку-фактури. Якщо постачальник не є платником податку на додану вартість, умови в частині реєстрації Постачальником усіх належним чином оформлених податкових накладних в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних не застосовуються.
