У зв’язку з технічною помилкою, яка сталася при оголошенні спрощеної закупівлі, а саме оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі з бюджетом без урахування ПДВ, замість оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі з бюджетом, враховуючи ПДВ, скасувати спрощену закупівлю згідно з предметом закупівлі, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» –39710000-2: Електричні побутові прилади (Морозильна скриня (код ДК 021:2015: 39711120-6 Морозильні камери)), Ідентифікатор закупівлі: UA-2022-08-03-006927-a на підставі п.2 ч.17 ст.14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
