На момент подачі пропозицій ринкова ціна на постачання електричної енергії перевищила ціну 3.80 грн за кВт., а саме 4.80 грн за кВт, що унеможливило отримання замовником пропозицій від учасників за вказаною в оголошенні ціною. Таким чином, прийнято рішення про скасування оголошеної закупівлі через суттєве підняття цін на ринку електричної енергії.
