Спрощена закупівля поводиться на підставі постанови КМУ «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних та публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг в умовах воєнного стану» №169 від 28.02.2022 р. (зі змінами) (далі — Постанова №169) та в порядку проведення … спрощених закупівель, встановленого Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”. Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - детально у прикріпленому файлі. Мова, якою повинні готуватися пропозиції - українська. Єдиний критерій оцінки - "Ціна". Методика оцінки пропозицій - переможцем обирається учасник, що запропонував найнижчу ціну, та пропозиція якого відповідає вимогам оголошення та вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі. Питома вага критерію - 100 % "Ціна". Місце поставки Товару: м. Моршин та м. Новий Розділ Стрийського району, Львівська обл. (згідно заявок Замовника).
