Закупівля здійснюється за фінансової підтримки Європейського Союзу в рамках Програми транскордонного співробітництва Польща - Білорусь - Україна 2014-2020 ( Грантовий контракт № PLBU.03.01.00-06-0142/17-00 (з доповненнями)).Інформація про технічні, якісні … та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - детально у прикріпленому файлі. Єдиний критерій оцінки - "Ціна". Методика оцінки пропозицій - переможцем обирається учасник, що запропонував найнижчу ціну, та пропозиція якого відповідає вимогам оголошення та вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі. Питома вага критерію - 100 % "Ціна". Пропозиція для участі в спрощеній закупівлі складається українською мовою. У разі надання учасником будь-яких документів іноземною мовою, вони повинні бути перекладені українською. Якщо учасник чи залучені ним особи надають документи на іноземній мові, вони мають бути перекладені на українську мову та завірені або уповноваженою особою учасника / або перекладачем / або іншим способом легалізований переклад.
