На даний час, на підставі пункту першого частини 17 статті 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон), виникла необхідність відмінити спрощену процедуру закупівлі товару за предметом: «Мережеве обладнання – за кодом ДК 021:2015 – 32420000-3 (комутатори, SFP-модулі, оптичні патчкорди, оптичні конвертори)», оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі за № UA-2022-07-26-003009-a, а саме – відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі зазначеного товару, а саме комутатору 10Gb / 24 порта та комутатору 100/1000 Mb / 8 портів, у зв’язку зі зміною технічних характеристик.
