Description:

У випадку якщо Постачальник виконує свої зобов'язання на умовах попередньої оплати в такому випадку, Замовник звертає увагу, що попередня оплата здійснюється згідно вимог чинного законодавства та становить не більше 30% від вартості договору. У випадку здійснення попередньої оплати протягом семи робочих днів з наступного дня після укладання Договору, Покупець сплачує попередню оплату за Товар у розмірі 30% його вартості згідно рахунку наданого Постачальником. При поданні своєї пропозиції Постачальником врахувати п.4.2. додатку 3 до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі та при поданні пропозиції відкоригувати дану інформацію.
