Відповідно до п. 2 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» процедура ДК 021:2015: 42910000-8: Апарати для дистилювання, фільтрування чи ректифікації (мембрана УЗО), оголошення № UA-2022-07-13-006246-a підлягає відміні з причини неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель. А саме: замовником виявлено необхідність внесення змін до вимог до предмета закупівлі та перегляду очікуваної вартості, що є неможливим у період подання пропозицій.
